Sleep Podcasts & Playlists

What are we all listening to as we doze off at night or siesta in the afternoon?

Research abounds about the fact you shouldn’t sleep with background noise distractions. But LBH here peeps - lots of us find it to be the only way we can doze off.

Background white noise works for some (including babies, those white noise machines are popular for a reason) background radio works for some (including our cofounder Laura who listens to BBC and ABC radio programs all night)

Some people prefer audio books or binaural beats.

If you listen to music, TV, Radio, audio books in bed, to lull you into sleep – what do you listen to?

We have #GoKindly Sleep playlists we’re building out on Spotify, links can be found below.  Our team are contributing the sleep music and podcasts which they’re enjoying.

So far what’s popular?

Binaural Beats – these remind us of fancy white noise, but deeply healing and relaxing.
